This is a picture of the balcony as it was when we moved in. Tough concrete and a black metal fence - devoid of life or color.
But look at those shadows in the sun. The sun shines brightly here, which will help a planter box garden grow.
Our wish is to create a tiny little ecosystem on this windy balcony, with flowers for bees and butterflies other pollinators. Vegetables will be planted for the humans. Planter boxes should make this dream possible.
